The first step to achieve an elegant website is choosing a beautiful template design, such as one of the church website templates we offer. When choosing a design template for your website, make sure that the template uses five key elements of design: Contrast, balance, emphasis, variety, and unity. If you feel like something is missing on your website, make sure that the design template uses these five elements of design.

In doing so, you can ruin the logo you’re trying to achieve. It’s important to go through the process of design when creating a logo, but also to use it properly in the context of the design template.

The third step is to use beautiful images. A few tips when trying to use visually pleasing images for your website:
- First, work on internal pages, not just the homepage. Use the Featured Image tool in WordPress.

The fourth step is building beautiful page layouts. There are a few different ways to build page layouts for your website.
For example, if you’re using one of our church website packages, there are multiple templates to choose from.
Another way you can build page layouts is by using the Block Editor, which helps make it much easier to build page layouts. When you’re using the Block Editor, you just click on the plus sign, and it shows several different blocks to choose from, There’s the photo gallery, columns you can insert, and buttons.

Plus, there’s a new feature in the Block Editor called Block Pattern. It’s very helpful when building page layouts, and it’s a great time saver as well.
